Visit the Making It Grow corn maze at McLeod Farms

If you are looking for some fall fun and love gardening, visit the Making It Grow-inspired corn maze at McLeod Farms! You will be quizzed on your knowledge of fruits and vegetables as you make your way through the maze's twists and turns. The corn maze is open now through November 6. Learn more about the corn maze, and get tickets at www.macspride.com/corn-maze

This year's corn maze pays tribute to Tony Melton, a dear friend of McLeod Farms and Making It Grow. Tony, a native to the Pee Dee area, has dedicated his life to agriculture in South Carolina and recently retired after 40 years with Clemson Extension Services. As a thank you for his years of service to agriculture, a portion of every ticket sold will go to the Tony Melton Clemson Foundation Scholarship Fund, as well as to support the production of Making It Grow where Tony frequently appeared as a guest.

The Emmy Award-winning Making It Grow is a weekly series produced by ETV Sumter in partnership with Clemson University and on the air since 1993.  Host Amanda McNulty and featured guests focus on gardening, horticulture and agricultural topics while highlighting interesting people, places and products from around the state.

Making It Grow airs on SCETV at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, and all episodes are available online at www.scetv.org/watch/making-it-grow
