Your Impact in Action: Fall Highlights on SCETV and SC Public Radio

Coming to SCETV and SC Public Radio this fall

Dear ETV Endowment Member,

Cookie Monster once said, “What is friend? Friend is someone to share last cookie with.” It’s a charming sentiment, and one that resonates with us here at the ETV Endowment. Your generosity and steadfast support make you not just a viewer or listener, but a true friend and partner in public media.

This fall, I’m excited to share a preview of the outstanding programs made possible by your support. On South Carolina ETV, Becoming Thurgood: America’s Social Architect offers a look at the extraordinary legacy of Thurgood Marshall in his own words.

NOVA’s HUMAN traces the journey of our species in a stunning five-part series, while Big Cats 24/7 returns for a second season of breathtaking wildlife storytelling. And, on MASTERPIECE, enjoy the gripping new dramas Maigret and The Gold, both rich with unforgettable performances. Closer to home, we’re excited to premiere Kitchen Curious with Vivian Howard, a new series from the beloved host and chef.

Younger viewers won’t want to miss Weather Hunters, an educational and engaging new adventure from PBS KIDS created by and starring Al Roker.

And, on South Carolina Public Radio, tune in to Shortwave Kitsch Radio, a one-of-a-kind immersive history experience, and a new season of ColaJazz Presents, celebrating South Carolina’s vibrant jazz scene.

All of these programs are possible because of you. You are the public in public broadcasting, and your support has a profound and lasting impact across our state.

Thank you for standing with us.
