Coby C. Hennecy, CPA, CFRE

Coby Hennecy

Coby has been with the Endowment since 1999. Prior to being named Executive Director in May 2009, Coby served as the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Director. She is a former Senior Auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC.

Coby led the capital campaign to equip the new South Carolina Public Radio Studios, which opened in 2011. She serves on the boards of several civic and charitable organizations.  She is Executive Producer of the NPR series Song Travels with Michael Feinstein; board member and Past President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals SC, Piedmont Chapter; member of the Board of Visitors at Converse College; and member of the Spartanburg Rotary Club. She has been awarded a National Gold Pin by the Girl Scouts for her volunteer work and is a graduate of Leadership South Carolina and Spartanburg, a Spartanburg Regional Fellow and a graduate of Furman’s Diversity Leadership Institute.  

Coby holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Business Administration from Winthrop University. She has three children.

Lauren Chivers

Lauren joined the ETV Endowment and South Carolina Educational Communications in 2016.  Prior to being named Financial Officer, Lauren spent her career at Milliken in various financial roles.

Lauren is a member, and former board member, of the Institute of Management Accountants.  She is a member of an organization benefiting neglected and abused children in Spartanburg County and she participates on the mission’s committee at her church.

Lauren graduated from Clemson with a BS in Financial Management and holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from the University of South Carolina.  Lauren and her husband have two children.  

Julie Lonon, CFRE

Julie Lonon, CFRE

Julie joined the ETV Endowment in 2014 and has more than fifteen years of experience in philanthropy and project management. Her responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with ETV Endowment supporters and raising funds to support the important programming of SCETV and SC Public Radio. 

Julie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University in 1999 and a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of South Carolina in 2003, presenting a Master’s thesis on the Northern Ireland peace process.  She earned her CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) credential in 2017.

Julie served eight years as Trustee for Spartanburg School District 7, two as Chairwoman.  She serves as Assistant Treasurer of the Association of Fundraising Professionals SC, Piedmont Chapter and as an advisor to The Lonon Foundation, a non-profit in Charleston, SC with a mission to help children affected by a parent or caregiver's cancer diagnosis. Julie also serves on the Land Acquisition Committee of the Spartanburg Area Conservancy.  She is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Spartanburg and a 2016 graduate of Leadership South Carolina. Julie lives in the city of Spartanburg with her husband and two sons.

Colleen Bishop

Colleen Bishop

Colleen has been with the ETV Endowment since 2012. She has years of experience in customer service, including serving as the Director of Administrative Services at the Glenn Springs Academy. Her responsibilities include supervising the membership team, managing the Sustaining Star program, database management and overseeing customer service.

Colleen is active in her children’s school as well as her church. She is a 2017 graduate of the Leadership Spartanburg program through the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Colleen lives in Spartanburg with her husband and two young children.

Amy J. Raffo

Amy Raffo

Amy started her career with the ETV Endowment and South Carolina Educational Communications (SCEC) in 1991. She assists the Executive Director with special projects and is the liaison for both the ETV Endowment and SCEC boards. Amy also coordinates the Endowment’s fundraising trips and manages the online distance education courses offered through TeacherStep. 

Amy is active with her church as well as her son’s school. She is a past member of the Junior League of Spartanburg and past volunteer for Junior Achievement. She is a 2016 graduate of the Regional Fellows Leadership Program at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. She is a 2018 graduate of the Leadership Spartanburg program through the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce.  Amy resides in Spartanburg with her husband and son. 

Rachel G. Chesser

Rachel joined the ETV Endowment of South Carolina in 2016 and serves as the Planned Giving Officer. She has the honor of visiting with ETV and South Carolina Public Radio supporters throughout South Carolina. Prior to joining the Endowment, Rachel worked in public relations, marketing and programs for the Charleston Museum and the Charleston Men’s Chorus, as well as served on the board of the South Carolina Federation of Museums.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Emory and Henry College and a Master of Arts in United States History from George Mason University.

Rachel lives in Charleston with her husband and her two young children, where she is an active volunteer for her children's school and her daughter's Brownie troop.

Janice Callison

Janice Callison

Janice has been with the ETV Endowment since 2010.  She was self-employed prior to joining the Endowment and brings years of experience in areas of customer service, marketing and logistics.

Janice has a Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University in Atlanta.  She enjoys being involved in her community, and serves on the board of Uptown Sertoma in Spartanburg. She is a member of First Presbyterian Church and serves on the Flower Guild. She enjoys tennis and gardening. She and her husband reside in Spartanburg and have two grown children. 

Donna Eubanks

Donna Eubanks

Donna has been with the ETV Endowment since 2014.  Donna has fourteen years of experience in customer service, previously working at QS/1 Data Systems.  As Membership Associate, Donna’s responsibilities include processing the more than 120,000 donations received annually by the Endowment as well as maintaining the donor database.

Donna graduated from the University of South Carolina Spartanburg with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She enjoys being involved in her community, and is a member of Uptown Sertoma in Spartanburg. She and her husband, Scott, have one daughter.

Janice has been with the Endowment since it was founded in 1977. She is responsible for coordinating premiums that are sent from the Endowment office. She and her husband have three grown children and two grandchildren.

Donna White

Donna has been with the ETV Endowment since 2006, previously serving as the Business Manager and Membership Associate. 

Donna is a graduate of Converse College where she earned a degree in Accounting.  She is active in the Spartanburg community, serving in various volunteer positions including in the Spartanburg District 6 schools and First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg.  Donna resides in Spartanburg with her husband and her three children.

Mary Kathryn joined the ETV Endowment in 2014 as an intern and was promoted to Membership Associate upon graduation from Spartanburg Community College in 2017, where she majored in Business.  Mary Kathryn provides support for our members and is responsible for the management of premiums.

Natalyn Klump

Natalyn joined the ETV Endowment in 2017.  Natalyn comes to us from the financial sector, where she served as a Marketing Specialist.  Her responsibilities include helping to increase awareness of our mission and strengthening the reputation of the ETV Endowment with donors, funders and the communities we serve.

Natalyn graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications, majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Art History.  

Chelsea Moss

Chelsea Moss

Chelsea joined the ETV Endowment in 2018 as a Development Associate. Her responsibilities include cultivating donor relationships and helping raise funds for the programming of SCETV and SC Public Radio. Previously, Chelsea worked as an intern at WYFF News 4 in Greenville and in external relations at Purdue University's Military Family Research Institute. 

Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from Bob Jones University in 2016, followed by a Master of Arts in Communication from Purdue University in 2018. Her thesis research was at the intersection of media studies and family communication as she studied paternal social support in television sitcoms.
